Gentec International is excited to announce the integration of the TIDAL music service to the Stream Box line of products from Pro-Ject Audio. TIDAL is a subscription-based music service featuring over 35 million audio tracks with many available in lossless, FLAC-based, 16-bit audio for an unsurpassed listening experience.
The service is backed by some of the biggest names in music, including Jay-Z, Beyoncé, Rhianna, Kanye West, Daft Punk, Jack White and Coldplay.
The Stream Box RS, Stream Box DS and Stream Box DS+ integrate with the free Box Control app for Android and iOS, allowing users to wirelessly stream music from their devices and network audio servers in ultra high quality through their home audio systems. The Stream Box is also capable of streaming music from services such as Spotify, Deezer, and Internet Radio.
To use TIDAL, users will need to update their Box Control app on their smartphone or tablet and input their TIDAL credentials on the TIDAL Setup screen. Current Stream Box owners will receive TIDAL support via the Software Update in the Settings menu.
