WHAT TO DO WHEN OUT-OF-WARRANTY SERVICE IS NEEDED
Should you have an issue with your Klipsch product after it’s warranty period has expired, please follow the steps provided below:
For Smaller Items (Portable Speakers, Earbuds, Headphones)
Should you wish to repair the item yourself, many replacement parts (tweeters, eartips, speaker grills) are available from Gentec International. Please contact our service department to find the part numbers and place an order for the parts.
Should you wish to have our team of experts repair your product:
Step 1: Package the product and relevant accessories carefully, using ample padding materials and a sturdy mailing container to prevent damage in transit.
Step 2: Include in package: Complete name, return address and daytime telephone number (fax number and e-mail address optional). Detailed description of the problem. Where practical, a sample evidencing the problem.
Step 3: Customer pays shipping to Gentec International and we cover the return shipping for all in warranty repairs.

Step 4: You should receive an estimate within 5-7 business days of your package arriving at Gentec outlining the cost of the repair.
If the repair is covered under warranty, return shipping to the customer will be covered by Gentec International. If the item is not covered under warranty, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping fees, whether or not the repair estimate is approved.
For Larger Items (Home Theatre Speakers, Commercial Speakers, Soundbars, Subwoofers)
