WHAT TO DO WHEN IN-WARRANTY SERVICE IS NEEDED IN CANADA

Should you have an issue with your Klipsch product during it’s warranty period, please follow the steps provided below:

For Smaller Items (Portable Speakers, Earbuds, Headphones)

Step1: Package the product and relevant accessories carefully, using ample padding materials and a sturdy mailing container to prevent damage in transit.

Step2: Include in package: Complete name, return address and daytime telephone number (fax number and e-mail address optional). Detailed description of the problem. Where practical, a sample evidencing the problem. For warranty repairs, a copy of the dated sales slip of original purchase.

Step 3: Customer pays shipping to Gentec International and we cover the return shipping for all in warranty repairs.

If there is a cost associated with your repair, you should receive an estimate from our service team within 2-3 business days of its arrival at Gentec. If your product is covered under a warranty repair, your item will be repaired and sent back to you.

If the repair is covered under warranty, return shipping to the customer will be covered by Gentec International. If the item is not covered under warranty, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping fees, whether or not the repair estimate is approved.

For Larger Items (Home Theatre Speakers, Commercial Speakers, Soundbars, Subwoofers)
