Knog’s is a 2 year warranty
All Knog products are warranted FOR 2 YEARS from date of purchase. If over 2-years, then sorry this isn’t covered.
How do I warranty my Knog?
– Bought from a shop? Go directly to that store.
– Bought from Knog.com.au? Fill out the form on the website here
What’s covered?
COVERED: Defective hardware, software faults & factory defects.
NOT COVERED: Wear and tear, gifts, forgetting your lock combination or losing your lights in a bush somewhere.
Proof of Purchase
No proof of purchase? Take the product back to where it was bought from. Alternatively, mail it to Knog to begin the process. Bear in mind this could take some weeks as they are based in sunny Melbourne, Australia.
If you are choosing the second option then we recommend using a tracked service such as FedEx or DHL as Knog are not responsible for any return that may be lost in the mail.
