Warranty Coverage

BlueParrott® products are backed by a one (1) year limited manufacturer’s warranty from the date of original retail purchase.

During the warranty period, GN Audio, at its sole discretion, will:
• Repair the product using new or refurbished parts,
• Replace the product with a new or refurbished product, or
• If repair or replacement is not commercially practicable, refund the purchase price paid for the affected product.

This warranty defines the full extent of GN Audio’s obligations to the end user, except where modified by applicable law.

Warranty Period for Repaired or Replaced Products

Any repaired or replaced product is covered for twelve (12) months or the remainder of the original warranty period, whichever is longer.

Repair or replacement does not extend or restart the warranty period for manufacturer‑refurbished products.

As part of GN Audio’s environmental sustainability efforts, replacement products or parts may include reconditioned components that meet GN’s quality, performance, and reliability standards. Replaced parts become the property of GN Audio.

Warranty Limitations & Exclusions

This warranty applies only to products purchased for personal use and does not apply to:

• Products purchased for commercial resale
• Open‑box products sold “as is”
• Consumable or limited‑life components, unless found defective upon purchase

Consumable components and accessories include, but are not limited to:

• USB cables
• Ear cushions, ear gels, ear hooks, ear tips
• Headband cushions and replacement headbands
• Modular plugs and adapters
• Microphone windscreens
• Decorative finishes
• Removable batteries
• Cases and pouches

Consumable components that malfunction within fourteen (14) days of purchase are deemed defective upon purchase.

Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by:

• Improper storage, misuse, abuse, accident, or neglect
• Physical damage such as cracks or scratches
• Exposure to liquid, moisture, heavy perspiration, sand, dirt, heat, or food
• Abnormal usage conditions or loss of the product

The warranty is void if:

• Product labels, serial numbers, or date codes are altered or removed
• The product is repaired, modified, or serviced by anyone other than GN Audio or an authorized GN service provider
• The product is used with non‑GN branded or non‑certified accessories

Products that have not been charged for six (6) months are not covered under warranty, as battery performance degradation may occur.

Limitation of Liability

Repair or replacement under this warranty is the exclusive remedy. To the extent permitted by law, GN Audio shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. This warranty is provided in lieu of all other express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
