For Speaker Service please call our service department (905) 513-7733 x338 to be directed to your closest repair facility. Otherwise please follow the instructions below.
To get your product repaired, you must ship your product to Gentec International, ensuring that it is carefully packaged and includes the following:
- Complete name, return address and day time telephone number (fax number and e-mail address optional).
- A note indicating the product and a brief description of the problem.
- A copy of the dated proof of purchase or receipt for warranty repair.
