We are currently working on a rework of our series of Ultralink Smart Home apps, including “Ultralink SmartHome” and “Ultralink360”. In the meantime, you may not be able to download these apps from the App Store (for iPhone users) or Play Store (for Android users).

Alternatively, you can download and use the “Smart Life” app available on each platform to connect to your Ultralink Smart Home devices. The “Smart Life” app offers similar features and functionalities and is also compatible with other Smart Home device brands.

When connecting to Ultralink devices using the “Smart Life” app, make sure to search for “Wi-Fi” devices in each product category. Our Ultralink devices do not use Bluetooth or Zigbee standards.
