National Sales Manager - Wireless, B2B & PI
Mathew works with major national retailers across Canada in Gentec’s booming Wireless Division, with a focus on our iQ and iShieldz brands. He joined the team on a full-time basis in 2009, but the family business has long been a second home. Mathew understands the value of being a service-oriented distributor instead of just shifting products, and has built strong and trusting partnerships with retailers, big and small, to provide the best possible support and customer service.
Mathew knew sales was his calling when working in retail at Henry’s Cameras, where he enjoyed engaging with customers, building relationships and selling products. Since then, he has worked his way up through sales roles at Gentec and got to know our valued retailers across Canada – travelling the breadth and depth of the country. Leading the sales team in the fast-changing Wireless Division, he enjoys how nimble and responsive they need to be to support clients.
When he’s not working, you’ll find Mathew at a hockey rink, where he plays team hockey four times a week. He completed his degree in Management and Organizational Studies from Western University.
