Important Reminder: Password-less Logins

The Gentec website will be moving to a password-less login system on July 20th. Rather than a static password, you'll receive a one-time 6-digit code when you need to log in — eliminating the risks of stolen or reused credentials. Should an employee depart your organization, without access to their corporate email, they will no longer be able to login to their account, keeping your account and data secure. What Are Your Office Hours?

Gentec International is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Gentec Service department’s hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
In the summer months (mid-May until early-September), Gentec closes at 4:00 p.m. on Friday and 3:00 p.m. on Friday’s of a long weekend.
