Gentec International is not the manufacturer of the products we sell and does not have direct control over the design of products, production of service manuals, or determine the availability of repair parts and tools. However, Gentec International does provide post-sales support for many of the products we sell in Canada, in conjunction with the manufacturer, and can support customers with their service needs in French using our internal resources. We provide repair, replacement parts, or unit exchange solutions both in and out of warranty where possible through Gentec International or authorized service partners.
