Via the App

Within the WiiM app, go to Settings. From here you can select "Send us feedback" or "WiiM Forum"

Via the Help Centre

Via Phone

Please utilize the Call Us button at the bottom of this page. Call in hours are 9AM to 4PM, Pacific Time (hours subject to change).
