Products must be purchased in Canada from a Thronmax Authorized retailer to qualify for warranty. Amazon is not considered an authorized retailer.

Note: The warranty coverage is limited to the repair or replacement of the Thronmax branded product, at Gentec’s sole discretion. The warranty does not cover damage or losses to non-Thronmax branded products or accessories, such as any damage to hardware devices, software, or loss of data.
