The Manfrotto 502X Fluid Video Head is designed for professional videographers working with mirrorless cameras and compact camcorders.
Part of the Manfrotto Bridging Technology range, it combines precise control, smooth movement, and consistent stability in a compact, versatile design built for modern video production.

The Variable Continuous Fluid Drag System (FDS) on both pan and tilt delivers smooth, controlled movement for cinematic operation and accurate framing.
Whether following movement, performing slow pans, or adjusting composition during interviews, the 502X gives videographers precise control with consistent fluidity throughout every shot.
If greater camera control is needed the built-in Counterbalance System (CBS), optimized at 4.4 kg at 55 mm center of gravity, can be engaged and it helps keep camera setups balanced and controlled with reduced operator effort.
Fast setup with secure balancing
The 504PLONG-type sliding plate with side-lock top attachment enables fast top-loading and quick balance adjustment directly on the head.
Independent pan and tilt locks allow precise control in any shooting position, while integrated 3/8'' Easy Link attachments make it simple to mount monitors, arms, or accessories securely.
Built to adapt
The 75 mm flat base with 3/8'' mounting allows the 502X to move easily between traditional tripods, sliders, dollies, and other support systems. Fully compatible with the Manfrotto XCHANGE quick release system, it enables fast equipment changes without interrupting the flow of production.
